Rikin Morzaria

Before founding Kinara Law, Rikin was a partner at a nationally recognized leading litigation boutique and then was senior litigation counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission, where he prosecuted complex securities cases.

In 2014, the legal publication Lexpert named Rikin a Litigation Lawyer to Watch in its guide to leading litigation lawyers in Canada.

In 2016, Lexpert ranked Rikin as "repeatedly recommended" in personal injury litigation. Between 2016 and 2019, Rikin was also chosen by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in Canada for personal injury.

Rikin has written and published more than twenty-five papers and chapters in leading textbooks in civil litigation and personal injury law He has been counsel in more than 30 reported tribunal and court decisions and he is regularly invited to give lectures to other lawyers about litigation.
